Because our program is specifically designed for you! From cleanses to well timed and balanced meals, you’ll receive Oahu’s best weight loss program.  The truth is that you won’t receive anything like this on Oahu.  Fresh, chef-prepared meals and 1-to-1 support from the GCF Ohana team.  Our team is solely focused on guiding you throughout the 4-weeks and beyond to ensure you accomplish your goals!

Each meal is prepared fresh in our Oahu based kitchen.  All meals 100% organic and always free of gluten, dairy, soy, and sugar(s). Never any additives or preservatives.

Since making a sustainable change doesn’t happen overnight, we recommend eating clean and focusing on your nutrition for 4-weeks. During the 4-weeks we will focus on education, support, clean eating, and more.

During your program we cater your meals plan specifically to meet your nutritional needs based on a number of factors.  However, we recommend a range of 1200-1400 calories for females and 1800-2000 for males.  This is a range and a recommendation not a steadfast rule.  Your number may change week to week based on your goals and progress.

We can work with almost anyone struggling with medical illnesses, but we will let you know during our initial consultation.  As with any change in your diet or fitness routine, you should check with your doctor first and follow any of your doctor's recommendations. We recommend eating your breakfasts as early as possible each morning, your highest calorie meals at lunch, and a lighter meal at dinner.  Your first two (2) weeks are vital to set a routine and teach you what and when you should be eating.  Once you’re comfortable with the program, you can alter the times based on your needs, snacks, and activity levels throughout the day.  For suggestions, on rearranging your program or changing the meal selections you can contact the GCF Hawaii team anytime.

We understand that initially this program may seem expensive. However, if you compare it to the amount of time and cost of meal prepping breakfast, lunch, & dinner it typically will take 6-8 hours and $200+ a week.  You only have to make 2-trips a week to pick up your food.  There’s no planning, shopping, cooking, or waste.  Additionally, this program is meant to provide you an additional level of service and support.  Our goals are to help you exceed your goal and help you develop a healthy lifestyle!

At Good Clean Food Hawaii, we love food!  Especially, making healthy eating and meal prep simple, convenient, and delicious.  So, we leave the training up to you. We do make sure that your nutrition supports the type of training you do, whether it’s intense sports or relaxed walks.  If you need recommendations, GCF Hawaii has partnerships with 28+ fitness centers on Oahu.  Click here to see the delivery locations.

Can I pick my own foods, or do I receive the Chef’s Choice?

 

You get to choose which type of meals work best for you and each week you pick from the new weekly menu.  If you are not interested in selecting meals or don’t know where to start, we recommend the Chef’s Choice (recommended program variety).  To pick your meals on your existing order, simply edit your meals by logging into your account at www.gcfhawaii.com and select ‘Choose Meals’ function under My Account.  Every Monday you will receive a 1-day juice cleanse.

Every client receives access to the Good Clean Food Hawaii’s private Facebook which offers unlimited communication with the GCF Ohana and staff.   We are also available by phone, email, and text anytime during normal business hours to help with any question(s), you don’t have to schedule an appointment.  We guarantee to answer all requests within 12 hours.

Sure, but we recommend snacks that fit into your plan.  We love snacking and they can help you meet your daily calorie goals.  We’re committed to helping you make the right snack choices… salty, sweet, salty & sweet, yes please!

All packages offer a variety off the weekly menu.  If you would like to pick your meals or you have an allergy, please make a note in your order.  Any changes are due by Thursday at 9 PM.

Absolutely! GCF Hawaii works with you to meet your goal(s).  This is not a 1 size fits all type weight loss program.  We take your shape, size, and lifestyle into account before building a custom plan for you.

You can expect to experience big changes throughout the program.  Weight loss numbers are not guaranteed and success in the program is based upon a number of factors outside of just food.  Weight loss can be influenced by meal selections, adherence to the plan, activity level, and other factors. There are a few common reasons why you may not be seeing the weight loss results you want: You’re skipping meals, not getting enough sleep, and not drinking enough water.  If you are having concerns about your weight loss you can reach the GCF Ohana on the private Facebook Group, by email at info@gcfhawaii.com, or by phone at 808-339-1314. Our team is always here to help guide you through the 4-week program and beyond.

Yes, but it is important to make wise choices.  If you are having a hard time deciding what to eat at a restaurant contact the GCF Hawaii team or ask the question on the private Facebook page.  With help and support throughout the entire 4-week program and beyond, you will learn portion control, how to make smart choices, and moderation.

We sure do! Good Clean Food has offered meal prep services for over 7 years on Oahu catering to a number of different diets.  Many of our #gcfohana have done special diets and are prepared to work with our clients. When you sign up for the program, simply provide your special dietary needs, requests, or concerns during the initial consultation.

Alcoholic beverages are not recommended during the program because they tend to be high in calories, sodium, and sugar and can affect muscle recovery.   If you decide to have a drink or two, we encourage you to choose low calorie & low sugar options and limit your intake to 2-drinks max.

Regular physical activity is an important component to a healthy lifestyle.  We recommend and encourage all program participants to strive for 30 minutes of physical activity per day.  If you don’t know where to start, GCF Hawaii has a list of recommended activities.  Incorporating fitness into your program will maximize your weight loss and fat burning results. The goal is to find activities that you love and make part of your new healthy lifestyle!
